These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CodeWise website at withcodewise.com and all related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

Account Terms
When you create an account with us, you agree to:

Subscriptions and Payments
Billing
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly)
- Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.
Content and License
Our Content
All course content, videos, code examples, graphics, and materials are owned by CodeWise and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
Source Code
Code examples and source files provided in courses may be used in your personal and commercial projects. However, you may not redistribute, sell, or include them in competing educational products.
Restrictions
- Do not copy, distribute, or share course videos
- Do not download videos using unauthorized tools
- Do not use content for commercial training without permission
- Do not resell or redistribute course materials
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Attempt to bypass payment or access controls
- Share account access with non-authorized users
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems
- Use the Service for any fraudulent purpose
