CodeWise Pro Subscriptions

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your CodeWise Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You'll continue to have full access to all Pro content until your subscription expires
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • You can resubscribe at any time to regain access

Refund Eligibility

Due to the immediate access nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments. However, we may consider refunds in the following cases:

  • Technical issues preventing access to content that we cannot resolve
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Subscriptions charged after a cancellation request was submitted

How to Cancel

You can manage your subscription through your account settings. We use Stripe for secure payment processing, which allows you to:

  • View your billing history
  • Update your payment method
  • Cancel your subscription
  • Download invoices for your records

Individual Course Purchases

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on individual course purchases. If you're not satisfied with a course, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided:

  • Less than 30% of the course content has been completed
  • The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • This is your first refund request for this particular course

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

  • More than 30% of the course has been completed
  • Request is made more than 14 days after purchase
  • Course was purchased during a promotional sale with "no refund" terms
  • Repeated refund requests from the same account

  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
  4. We'll review your request within 2-3 business days

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear in your account within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • Bank Accounts: 5-10 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
